Solution of Problem:
After looking on the internet, momentary solution was to stop the installation, uninstall what remained of Bluestacks on the computer and download the installer from the web BlueStacks but another directory: BlueStack - Download (Direcct Link for Download)

WhatsApp : WhatsApp APK - Download (Free Latest Version with all NEW FEATURES)
With this perfect as we could install the Bluestacks, which have an Android emulator.
- Open downloaded WhatsApp application.
- It'll install on BlueStacks and open it, Configure and follow the instruction.
- Verify your mobile number.
- Voila ! we have the application ready for use on a computer.
- Done.
