2. Wipe the monitor : Monitors can collect dust , fingerprints and other things that are very nice to see . CRT monitors with screens of glass can be cleaned with Windex or other glass cleaner . Spray the cleaner on one paper towel or cloth soft and clean the monitor. To monitor LCD , use a cloth soft cotton moistened with water.
3. Wipe the keyboard : Kick gently on a surface flat to dislodge any litter that may have fallen between the keys . A little compressed air also can be used to remove dust from between the keys.

Advice:
- Never spray cleaner directly . monitor is can seep down into the shell of the monitor and damage the electronics .
- Avoid using paper towels or any rough cloths to clean LCD monitors . might scratch the screen.
